According to reports, the construction of the Xiongxin high-speed railway is planned to start in December 2022, and it will be completed and opened to traffic in June 2027, with a construction period of 4.5 years.
The Xiongxin high-speed railway is located in the central part of North China. It runs in Hebei Province and Shanxi Province, and generally runs from east to west. The line starts from Xiongan Station of Xiongan New District in the east and reaches Xinzhou West Station of Daxi Railway in the west, passing through Xiongan New District, Baoding City, and Xinzhou City. It is connected to Taiyuan, the provincial capital of Shanxi Province, via the Great Western Railway. The length of the new main line is 342.661km, including 227.794km in Hebei Province and 114.867km in Shanxi Province.
The Xiongxin high-speed rail line starts from Xiong'an Station (excluding) to Xinzhou West Station (excluding), DIIK105+050~Daxi DK200+451.631, the main line length is 342.661km, 227.794km in Hebei Province, and 114.867km in Shanxi Province.
The 2.247km line at the starting point of the project has been completed by the Jingxiong Intercity Railway, and the 0.689km line at the end point has been completed from the Yuanping to Taiyuan section of the Datong-Xi'an Railway. The length of the new main line is 339.725km.
Xiongbao DK115+123.74~Xiongbao DK139+962.18, the line length is 24.838km, it is the underground section of Xiong'an New District (including Xiong'an Intercity and Xiaoli Station), the civil structure part within the project scope and the stations that must be implemented at the same time The later reserved project has been approved by the Xiongan New Area as an independent project, which is not included in this evaluation.
The length of the main line base within the scope of this evaluation is 35.748km, accounting for 10.17% of the length of the main line; the length of 30 mountain tunnels is 91.273km, the length of 3 urban tunnels is 19.98km, and the length of 2 underground stations is 3.1km, with a total length of 114.353km, accounting for the length of the main line. 33.37% of the length of the line; including 4 extra-long tunnels, namely Longmentuo Tunnel (L-11.286km), North Taihang Mountain Tunnel (L-12.544km), Wutaishan Tunnel (L-14.443km), Huangmujian Tunnel (L- 10.737km).
74 new main line double line bridges with a total length of 184.797km, 4 new main line single line bridges with a length of 10.750km, and a left line bridge length of 193.470km (including 0.910km in the underground section of Xiongan New Area), the bridges account for the length of the new line 56. 46%. On the main line, a new culvert of 2721.29 horizontal meters/87 blocks, 888.7 square meters of luggage tunnels/1 block, a passenger tunnel of 1136.44 square meters/8 blocks, and a frame structure of 13934.185 square meters/15 blocks.
This project is a passenger dedicated line, double line, electric traction, and the design speed target value is 350km/h. The section line adopts the standard of heavy-duty rail, using 60kg/m steel rail, and the main line is designed according to the one-time laying of the cross-section seamless line. The main line principle adopts ballastless track.
The total number of new personnel in the main line of the design is 1,957, and the total construction area of the new houses on the whole line is 185,300 m2. The design year of this project is 2035 in the near term and 2045 in the long term. The total construction period is 4.5 years. The total estimated investment in the preliminary design of the project is 57.234 billion yuan. The environmental protection investment is about 1,248.231 million yuan, accounting for about 2.18% of the total project investment.
Route orientation and station setting plan
The line leads southbound from Jingxiong Field of Xiongan Station, crosses the planned Jingxiong-Shanghai high-speed railway, turns westward, passes through the starting area of Xiongan New District, and passes through tunnels between Baigou Yinhe and Pinghe. Xiaoli Station (reserved), after exiting the station, go westward to the east side of the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway and go south in parallel, set up a station on the east side of the existing Baoding East Station, and reserve the conditions for Shixiong intercity connection, and then the line will continue to cross Beijing-Guangzhou High-speed rail, Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, turn westward, reserve the Lianchi Line Station on the north side of the Jinxian River, reserve the long-term connection conditions of Xiongxin, and set up Baoding South Station after crossing the Baocang Expressway;
Cross the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway to the west and set up stations in Wangdu and Tangxian County, set up stations in Quyang and Fuping in the west, cross the Taihang Mountains westward and enter Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province. Set up stations in Wutai County and Dingxiang County in the west, cross the Hutuo River, enter Xinfu District, Xinzhou City, and connect to Xinzhou West Station of Daxi Passenger Station. The new section of the whole line involves 13 stations, namely Xiongan Station, Xiongan Intercity Station, Xiaoli Station, Baoding East Station, Baoding South Station, Wangdu North Station, Tangxian Station, Quyang Station, Fuping Station, Wutaishan Station, Wutai County Station, Dingxiang North Station, Xinzhou West Station.
Among them, Xiong'an Station (no project this time) and Baoding East Station are the starting stations, Xinzhou West Station is the connecting station (no project this time), Xiaoli Station is a reserved underground station, and the rest of the stations are intermediate stations. Set up 2 line stations, namely Lianchi Line Station and Duncun Line Station; Taiyuan South Railway Station has added a parking lot and set up 10 parking lines.
Xiongan Station: The total scale of Xiongan Station is 11 trains with 19 lines, which are divided into two trains. The line is arranged in the middle of the Beijing-Hong Kong (Taiwan) high-speed railway, and the Beijing-Xiong Intercity Outsourcing is arranged;
Xiongan Intercity Station: According to the latest research results of the planning of the starting area of Xiongan New Area, Xiongan Intercity Station is located in the core area of Xiongan New Area, about 1km to the east of Xiaowangying Village, former Anxin County, and about 400m to the north side of Provincial Highway S235 . The upward distance from Xiongan Station is 20.71km, and the downward distance from Xiaoli Station is 9.55km.
The station is arranged in the form of the main line adjacent to the platform, with a scale of 4 stations and 6 lines (including the main line), and the distance between the main lines is 4.6m. The width of the island platform is 15.7m, the distance from the main line is 1.80m, and the distance from the arrival and departure line is 1.75m; the width of the side platform is 9.9m, and the distance from the arrival and departure line is 1.75m. The effective length of the arrival and departure line shall meet 650m, and a set of eight-shaped crossing lines shall be set at each end of the throat.
Xiaoli Station (reserved): Xiaoli Station is located within the first planned group at the west end of the east-west axis of Xiongan New Area, the west end of the People's Axis, about 2km east of the former Xiaoli Town, Rongcheng County.
The mileage of the station center is Xiongbao DK133+610, the upward distance from Xiongan Intercity Station is 9.55km, and the downward distance from Baoding East Station is 28.525km. This station is an underground reserved station and is a passenger intermediate station in nature.
Baoding East Railway Station: The existing Baoding East Railway Station is located in Qingyuan District in the east of Baoding City, east of Kaitai Street in Baoding City. The central mileage is located at K134+951 of the Beijing-Guangzhou Passenger Railway, which is the passenger intermediate station of the Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway. In this study, the Xiongxin depot is arranged in parallel with the east side of the Jingguang depot, with an upward distance of 28.525km from Xiaoli Station and a downward distance of 20.639km from Baoding South Station. The nature of this station is a passenger departure station.
The newly built Xiongxin depot is located on the east side of the existing Jingguang high-speed railway depot of Baoding East Station. The depot scale is 4 sets and 8 lines (including the main line), and the effective length of the arrival and departure lines should meet 650m. In order to meet the conditions for the introduction of international outsourcing, the 42# turnout group 2 has been implemented recently to meet its rapid line transfer conditions.
The station has 2 island platforms of 450x12.0x1.25m and 2 side platforms of 450x9.0x1.25m. The distance between the main lines is 5.00m, the distance between the main line and the arrival and departure lines is 6.50m, and the distance between the arrival and departure lines is 6.5m. Baoding South Railway Station: Baoding South Railway Station is located on the south side of Tengzhuang Village in Qingyuan District, Baoding City, adjacent to Xiyangzhuang Village in the west and Xizhaozhuang Village in the east. . The mileage of the station center is DK20+590, the upward distance from Baoding East Station is 20.639km, and the downward distance from Wangdu North Station is 26.91km. The nature of this station is a passenger intermediate station with departure operations. Combined with the opinions of the road planning department of Baoding City, Xinzhou Duan Throat reserves the conditions for passing under the West Second Ring Road.
The station is designed as a road base station, the station building is located on the south side of the line, with 2 stations and 6 lines (including the main line), with 2 island platforms of 450mx 12mx1.25m, and a 10.0m wide passenger flyover at the center of the station. A passenger tunnel with a width of 8.0m is set up for the large mileage of the overpass, and a logistics tunnel with a width of 5.2m is set up at the platform end. The effective length of the arrival and departure line meets 650m. Two single crossing lines are set up at the Xiongan end of the station to form an eight-character crossing line to meet the requirements for the erection and folding of the EMU; the west end of the station is reserved for the introduction of the moving line of the EMU.
Wangdu North Railway Station: Wangdu North Railway Station is located in Sizhuang Town, Wangdu County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. It runs from northeast to southwest and is about 5km away from the main urban area of Wangdu. To the east of the station is Sijiazhuang Village. The mileage of the station center is DK47+500, the upward distance from Baoding South Station is 26.91km, and the downward distance from Tangxian Station is 15.01km. The nature of this station is a passenger intermediate station.
