On April 28, 2022, Jiangxi Public Resources Trading Center released the main project construction bidding of Zhangshu-Jian Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project. Project Overview

The starting point of the project is located at the Zhangshu Hub in Changfu Town, Zhangshu City (the north-south G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway Changzhang Section, S69 Zhangji Expressway and east-west S42 Dongchang Expressway, G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway Changjin Section cross-interchange hub, G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway The southern end of the reconstruction and expansion project of Changzhang Section of Kunming Expressway), the starting point is K0+000; the end point is connected with the Y-shape of Daguang Expressway, located in Xingqiao Town, Jizhou District, Ji'an City, and the ending point is K104+845, which is under construction. The northeastern end of the Ji'an South Hub of the reconstruction and expansion project of the Ji'an-Nankang section of the G45 Daguang Expressway. The route passes through three prefecture-level cities of Yichun, Xinyu and Ji'an. Among them, Yichun passes through Zhangshu City, Xinyu passes through Yushui District, and Ji'an passes through districts and counties. There are Xiajiang County, Jishui County and Jizhou District. There is 1 interchange of reconstruction and expansion hubs on the whole line, 6 common interchanges, 1 new service area, 1 expanded service area, and the total length of the route is 104.845km. The entire line of the project adopts a two-way eight-lane expressway. Highway standards, the design speed is 100 km/h; the main line is mainly widened on both sides, and some road sections are unilaterally widened or reconstructed. The width of the integral roadbed is 41 meters, and the width of the subgrade is 20.5 meters. The pavement structure is asphalt concrete pavement; the design vehicle load grade of bridges and culverts adopts highway-I grade; the design flood frequency: 1/300 for extra-large bridges, 1/100 for other bridges and culverts and roadbed; the navigation grade is grade III; the peak acceleration of ground motion is 0.05g , and set up security, monitoring, communication, toll collection, power supply, lighting and services and other traffic works and facilities along the line.

Subgrades, pavements, bridges (excluding railway-related bridges), culverts, protective drainage, route crossings, traffic safety facilities, environmental protection and greening projects, and site engineering (toll collection, maintenance, management, service areas, etc. District pavement and supporting drainage, water supply and power pipelines, curbs, signs, raised road signs, markings, etc.), communication pipeline construction, completion and defect repair of the main line and ramp mechanical and electrical engineering. This bidding is for the construction of the main project of the whole line (excluding the K0+000~K1+774.521 main line and the C and D ramps of the Zhangshu hub, and the overpass of the Shanghai-Kunming railway overpass), with a length of about 103.07 kilometers and a total of 5 bidding sections.
