On May 16, 2022, local time in Dubai, Unit 3 of the Dubai Hasyan Power Plant Project undertaken by HEI was successfully connected to the grid for the first time.

The Hasyan power station project is located at the seaside more than 30 kilometers south of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project is equipped with 4 ultra-supercritical units with a total installed capacity of 2,400 megawatts. Since units 1 and 2 were put into commercial operation, the Hasiyan power station project has maintained safe and stable operation. By 2023, when all four units are put into commercial operation, they will provide 20% of Dubai's electric energy, which will not only greatly reduce the electricity cost of local people, ensure Dubai's energy supply, but also promote the diversification of the local energy structure.Editor/Ma Xue
