On May 16, 2022, Kawasaki Steamship Hamburg Express successfully loaded 1,137 export vehicles at Yantai Port of Shandong Port and sailed to the Middle East, marking the successful opening of the foreign trade ro-ro route between Yantai Port of Shandong Port and the Middle East.

This Middle East route is another brand new route opened by KLINE in Yantai Port following the Mexico route, the North American West route and the South American route.
