The whole line has 4 stations including Xiangyang East, Yicheng North, Shuanghe West and Jingmen West Station. The total investment is 19.744 billion yuan, and the construction period is 3.5 years.

The main line of the project has 58 bridges of 77.45 kilometers and 19 tunnels of 20.88 kilometers, with a bridge-to-tunnel ratio of about 84.2%, 239 kilometers of track laying on the main line, and 4.9 kilometers of track laying on the station line; 29,000 square meters of new station buildings, including Jingmen West Station The scale is 5 sets and 13 lines, with a total of 3 lines of Wuyi Railway, Xiangjing Railway and Jingjing Railway.

The Xiangyang-Jingmen section of the Hunan High-speed Railway is connected to the Zheng-Wan and Han-Shi Railways in the north, and the Jing-Jing Railway and Yanjiang High-speed Railway under construction in the south.
