Project Overview

The comprehensive development project of Rugao City West Area is located within the planned area of Rugao City West Area, Rucheng Street, east to Yishou Road, south to Zhongshan West Road, west to Keji Road, north to Rutai Canal and resettlement housing project, with a planned land area of about 3302 Mu, of which the resettlement house covers an area of 307 mu, and the east of Huashi Road is the east area of the first phase;

The winning bidder is responsible for the land acquisition, resettlement and compensation in the first phase of the comprehensive development of Rugao City West Area; the investment and construction tasks of the four resettlement communities A, B, C and D, with a total construction area of about 560,000 square meters; Renovation of industrial parks and industrial sites; urban infrastructure and environmental improvement construction in the first phase area, including: Rutai Canal Ecological Corridor Project, Guangfu Road (Huacheng Avenue ~ Yishou Road), Binhe South Road, Taoyuan Road and Cross River Bridges and other projects.

Construction of urban public facilities and public welfare facilities in the planning area, including bus stops, urban parks, and comprehensive pipe network facilities. The specific construction scale is subject to the construction drawings finalized by the tenderee. The estimated investment price is about 10.258 billion yuan. Among them, the construction cost is about 3.107 billion yuan, the total other project fees and reserve fees are about 6.376 billion yuan, and the construction period interest is about 774 million yuan.
