India is currently one of the countries with severe haze problems. To solve this thorny problem, India has learned from China, which is also plagued by haze and defeated this demon. The Indian government has made various efforts to improve the domestic environment, and green travel is one of them. China has also adopted this strategy in the fight against smog and has achieved success.
In order to achieve green travel, India has introduced pure electric buses from BYD. These buses will be put into operation in the industrial hub of Silvassa, India, to help build green and smart cities. The order for these 25 vehicles was obtained by BYD in January 2020. The body and other parts are produced locally in India, which meets the needs of the local market. It also ensured that the orders were delivered in time on February 17, 2020 in the event of an outbreak . Indian President Ram Nat Cowende and others witnessed this moment.
BYD has strong strength in the field of electric vehicles and has also made rapid progress in the development of overseas markets. BYD India has made significant contributions to the completion of these orders. BYD electric vehicles account for a large proportion of the Indian market and have entered many cities in the country. In the future, more electric buses will appear on the streets across India. To help solve its air pollution problems, the haze in India will gradually dissipate.
