On May 30, 2022, I learned from the Yantai Public Resources Trading Center that the pre-bid-winning announcement of the construction project of the Hongqi Road and the southern section of Derun Road (Gangcheng West Street Interchange-Tonglin Road) of the urban expressway in Yantai City was announced by China Railway Tenth Bureau Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and China Railway Capital Co., Ltd. won the pre-bid, with a total investment of 6.12 billion yuan.

Project Overview

Expressway Hongqi Road: The line construction project includes new main road viaducts and ramps, Derun Road interchange, Shenhai Expressway access interchange, new ground auxiliary roads and related ancillary works. The project design content includes: Expressway main road: The starting point of the project design scope is located in Jiahe East, and the end point is the newly built Jinjinding Tunnel on Tashan North Road Expressway. The main road bridge is 4.454km long, and the main road subgrade section is 0.186km long.

Miyajima Island Interchange: Shenhai Expressway enters SJ ramp, starting from Shenhai Expressway diversion nose, ending at Hongqi Road Expressway confluence nose, about 1.015km long; Shenhai Expressway exit SC ramp, starting from Hongqi Road Expressway diversion nose, ending point Connecting to the confluence nose of Shenhai Expressway, it is about 0.338km long. The total length of the ramp is about 1.353km. Derun Road Interchange Interchange: There are 4 ramps including WS\SW and ES\SE, and the main road of Derun Road in the interchange. The total length of the ramp is about 2.064km. The main road of Derun Road in the interchange range connects to the Derun Road Expressway project in the south, and then merges with the SW and ES ramps to the north, and then continues to the north with 4 lanes in both directions and crosses Hongqi Road before landing. The bridge is about 0.564km long. There are 3 pairs of parallel ramps on the expressway and the main road, only Chu Road, Miyajima Road and Dongdian Road. The ground road reconstruction includes the ground auxiliary road of Hongqi Road, the ground auxiliary road of Derun Road, and the ground road of Zhichu Road. Among them, the reconstruction of the ground auxiliary road of Hongqi Road is about 3.305km long; the reconstruction of the ground auxiliary road of Derun Road is about 0.78km long; the reconstruction of only the ground road of Chu Road is about 0.7km long. The total length of the ground road reconstruction is about 4.8km.

Derun South Section of Express Road: The starting point is the south side of the interchange on Gangcheng West Street, and the end point is the south side of Tonglin Road. The length of the road is about 1.75km; the interchange node between Derun Road and Gangcheng West Street is about 1.75 kilometers long. 1.3Km, the implementation length of Gangcheng West Street is about 2.2Km. Main road viaduct engineering, ramp bridge engineering, ground auxiliary road, approach road and other road engineering, pipeline engineering, lighting engineering, landscape greening engineering and corresponding auxiliary engineering, the main road adopts two-way 6-lane, the ground auxiliary road adopts two-way 6-lane, ramp Use one or two lanes.

Expressway Qiquan Road: It passes through the reserved construction project of Weiyan high-speed railway. The line is generally north-south. It is located in the central and western parts of Yantai city center and the middle of Fushan District. It passes through Weiyan high-speed railway in the form of a bridge. The bridge length is 95m.
