Sanmenxia Rural Revitalization Rural Infrastructure Construction

Recently, a consortium led by China Energy Construction Gezhouba Group and composed of Gezhouba No. 2 Company, Shanxi Institute and Wuhan Municipal Group successfully won the bid for the PPP project of rural revitalization and rural infrastructure construction in Shanzhou District, Sanmenxia City.

The total investment of this project is about 1.09 billion yuan, and the "PPP+BOT" mode is adopted for implementation and operation. The cooperation period is 20 years in total, of which the construction period is 2 years. This project is an integrated project for the improvement of human settlements. The construction content includes the standardized construction project of 13 townships and villages in Shanzhou District, the cultural activity square project, the facade renovation project, the greening project, the cleaning and sanitation project, the lighting project, the bridge and culvert project And road projects, etc., make the villagers’ lives more comfortable and secure, draw a picture of rural revitalization with ecological livability, rural civilization, and effective governance, and help the village’s “face value” become higher and higher, and its “temperament” continues to improve.

Sichuan Investment Group Ziyang Gas Power Station New Construction Project

Recently, Energy China Southwest Research Institute, as the leading unit of the consortium, successfully won the bid for the EPC general contracting project of the new construction of Ziyang gas power station of Sichuan Investment Group. This project is the first H-class gas-fired power station EPC general contracting project in Southwest China, and also the first H-class gas-fired power station general contracting project of the Southwest Institute.

The project is located in Yukang Village, Yongshun Town, Anyue County, Ziyang City, Sichuan Province. Two sets of 700-megawatt gas-steam combined cycle units are planned to be built in this phase, equipped with two H-class gas turbines, two waste heat boilers, and two condensing steam turbines. Steam turbines, 2 generators and related supporting facilities, waste heat boilers, and flue gas denitrification devices are constructed simultaneously. As Sichuan Province's "14th Five-Year" energy development plan and a provincial key construction project in 2022, the project will transform Anyue gas field resources on-site. After completion, it will become the backbone peak-shaving power supply of Sichuan Power Grid, which is conducive to improving the power structure of Sichuan Power Grid and enhancing the The peak shaving capability of Sichuan power grid improves the stability and security of Sichuan power supply.

CNNC Xinhua Jinchanghe Qingtan 200MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project

Recently, Energy China Northwest Power Construction won the bid for the 200 MW photovoltaic power generation EPC project in Jinchanghe Qingtan of China Nuclear Power Xinhua. The project is located in the east of Dazhaizi Village, Hexibao Town, Yongchang County, Gansu Province. The project is 1,620 meters to 1,660 meters above sea level and covers an area of 6,287 mu. The planned installed capacity of photovoltaic modules is 241.7 MW, and the maximum power on the AC side of the grid is 200 MW.

After the project is completed, it can effectively utilize the local terrain conditions, promote the upgrading of the energy structure in the region, reduce air pollution, improve the environmental quality, and play an important role in the practice of green development.

Hefei Changfeng County 9F Gas Power Plant Project

Recently, China Energy Construction Group won the bid for the general contracting project of Wanneng Hefei Natural Gas Peak Shaving Power Plant. The project is located in Taolou Town, Changfeng County, Hefei, Anhui Province. Two 450-megawatt F-class gas-steam combined cycle peak shaving units will be constructed. It is planned to be put into operation before the peak of summer electricity consumption in February 2024.

China Energy Construction Group is responsible for the whole site civil construction, installation and commissioning work. After the project is put into operation, it will become an important power support point in the region, ensure the reliable supply of electricity in Anhui Province during the "14th Five-Year Plan", enhance the peak regulation capacity of the province's power grid, and provide a strong guarantee for the realization of the dual carbon goal.

Huaneng Yuanmou Matoudi 170MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC Project

Recently, Energy China Hunan Institute won the bid for the EPC project of Huaneng Yuanmou Matoudi 170MW photovoltaic power generation project. The project is located in Yuanmou County, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The planned installed capacity of the AC side is 170 MW, and the total land area is 3322.9 mu. After the project is completed, it will effectively enhance the use value of the forest land where the project is located, increase the economic income of the local population, optimize the energy structure of Chuxiong Prefecture, transform the economic growth mode, promote the development of related industries in the region, and contribute to the local economic development and environmental protection.

Guangxi Chongzuo 280MW Photovoltaic Project

Recently, China Energy Construction Group won the bid for the 280 MW photovoltaic project in Chongzuo, Guangxi. The project is located in Changping Township and Middle East Town, Fusui County, Chongzuo City, Guangxi. China Energy Construction Group is responsible for the construction and installation of the entire photovoltaic area.

The Chongzuo "Integrated Energy of Wind, Water, Fire and Storage" base is an energy base jointly built by Chongzuo City, Guangxi and China Energy Construction. 2 million kilowatts of clean coal power, with clean energy accounting for 76%.

Lanxi Carbon Dioxide Capture and Mineralization Utilization Integrated Demonstration Project

Recently, China Energy Engineering Zhejiang Co., Ltd. won the bid for the Lanxi Carbon Dioxide Capture and Mineralization Integrated Demonstration Civil Construction and Installation Project. The project is located in Lanxi Power Plant, Shiguan Village, Lingdong Township, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, with a planned construction area of 2,675 square meters. It is a key R&D project in Zhejiang Province. The project is mainly composed of a flue gas carbon dioxide capture process system, compression liquefaction, mineralization maintenance, dry ice manufacturing and other process systems, and is scheduled to be completed within this year.

After the project is put into operation, it will be the first in the world to apply a low-energy carbon dioxide two-phase absorbent and an amine escape control device based on a chemical absorption process for industrial demonstration. It is also the first project in China to couple CCUS technology with the whole process of coal power , which can capture 15,000 tons of carbon dioxide every year, which is equivalent to the total amount of carbon dioxide absorbed by 15,000 mu of forest every year. After completion, it will further promote local economic development, effectively reduce carbon dioxide, and help achieve the dual-carbon goal.

Huaneng Yuanmou Duozhuqing 230MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project

Recently, China Energy Engineering Zhejiang Co., Ltd. won the bid for the EPC project of Huaneng Yuanmouduozhuqing 230MW photovoltaic power generation project. The project is located in Wumao Township, Yuanmou County, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province, with an altitude of 1,000 to 1,600 meters and a planned capacity of 230 MW. Zhejiang Thermal Power has undertaken the survey and design of the project, procurement of equipment and materials, on-site construction, design and construction of temporary projects, dismantling and clearing and transportation of original engineering facilities, testing, commissioning and completion acceptance. It is planned to be completed in March 2023, with a total construction period of 303 days.

The innovative application of photovoltaic power generation + ecological management using forest land in the project can not only effectively enhance the use value of forest land in Yuanmou County, and increase the income of local farmers, especially the poor, but also produce clean and pollution-free electricity for a long time, contributing to the economic development of Yuanmou County. Three Gorges Energy Xiyang 300MW Photovoltaic + Energy Storage Power Generation Project

Recently, Energy China North China Institute successfully won the bid for the EPC general contracting project of the Three Gorges Energy Xiyang 300 MW photovoltaic + energy storage power generation project, which is located in Xiyang County, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province. The planned installed capacity is 300 MW, with a capacity ratio of about 1.31, using monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules of 540 watts and above. A 220kV booster station and a 30MW/30MWh energy storage system will be built simultaneously, with a line length of 47 kilometers. The project plans to realize the first batch of grid-connected power generation before November 30, 2022, and full-capacity grid-connection before December 30, 2022.

After the completion of the current phase of the project, within its economic service life, it is expected to save a total of 4,306,726.46 tons of standard coal, reduce the emission of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide by about 451,344.93 tons per year, and also reduce the emission of a large amount of ash and slag, effectively improving the environmental quality.

SDIC Hainan Wenchang Longlou 100 MW Agriculture, Fisheries and Light Complementary Project

Recently, China Energy Engineering Guangdong Co., Ltd. won the bid for the EPC general contracting project of SDIC Hainan Wenchang Longlou 100-megawatt fishery, agriculture and light complementary project. The project is located in Baoluo Town and Gongpo Town, Wenchang City, Hainan Province. The designed installed capacity of the project is 100 megawatts (AC) and the DC side is 129.89 megawatts (DC). The project builds a new 220kV booster station (installs a 100MVA main transformer and adopts line transformer wiring), connects to Hainan Wenchang power grid with a 220kV transmission line, and 35kV at the booster station The side is equipped with an energy storage system with a capacity of 25 MW/50 MWh.

This project is the first batch of affordable photovoltaic projects in Hainan Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan, and also the first new energy greenfield project of SDIC Power in Hainan Province.
