Project Overview

The project is located in Lushal Town, Huangzhong District, Xining City, including the west group and the east group. The four areas of the group in the west of the city are: to the west to Tuannan North Road and Jinta Road, to the north to Zhuanglong Road and some mountains on the north side of Huancheng North Road, to the south to Ta'er Temple and Lianhua Lake, and to the east to the entrance of Lianhua Lake Scenic Spot. About 389.6 hectares.

The scope of the start-up area is as follows: one ring and one point in the old town of Lushal, mainly including Yingbin Avenue, Heping Road, Tuanjie South Road, Jinta Road, Linxiu Road and other areas on both sides, as well as the Dongshan Park area, Tuanjie North Road and Zhuanglong Road The area on the north side of the intersection and the village area on the east side of the Ta'er Monastery, a total of 116 hectares. The four areas in the east of the city are: Liangzhuang Road in the north, Wenye Road in the south, Binchuan Road in the west, and Shangchen Road in the east, with a total of 111.66 hectares.

The total planned area of the project is about 10.46 square kilometers. In the form of an urban partner, demolition and resettlement, land consolidation, infrastructure construction, public service facility construction, ecological environment improvement, urban operation and maintenance, etc. will be carried out in the Lushal Town area. In the end, according to the planning of the area, the "Huangzhong District Lushar Area Urban Development Project Implementation Plan", the "Comprehensive Development, Construction and Operation Plan for the Area" and the approved documents of each sub-project shall prevail.
