Recently, in the Aolun Prague Gobi Desert in Alxa Left Banner, the steel boom was waving back and forth, and the construction site was busy. The Shanghai Temple to Linyi UHV DC transmission channel supporting renewable energy base - Shandong Energy Group's 400,000-kilowatt wind power project was in full swing. Another supporting green power project from Mongolia to Shandong has set off a new upsurge in construction.
According to the person in charge of the Development Planning Office of Shandong Energy Bureau, the use of ultra-high voltage transmission technology to transmit clean power from the energy-rich areas of Inner Mongolia to Shandong will ensure power supply, optimize energy structure, promote energy conservation and emission reduction, and prevent Air pollution... Shandong unswervingly implements the strategy of entering Shandong with foreign electricity, and continues to expand the scale of electricity from outside the province.
Up to now, Shandong Province has built and put into operation UHV channels such as Ximeng-Jinan, Yuheng-Weifang, Zalut-Qingzhou, Shanghaimiao-Linyi, Shandong-Hebei ring network, etc. Pattern, the capacity to receive calls from outside the province reaches 35 million kilowatts. In 2020, the incoming electricity from outside the province exceeded the 100 billion mark for the first time; in 2021, the incoming calls from outside the province reached 118.74 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 2.5%; from January to April 2022, the incoming calls from outside the province reached 36.6 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 0.4%.
It is reported that Zhaoyi DC, as an important "high-speed channel" for Mongolian electricity to enter Shandong, supporting the construction of a renewable energy base project is an important measure to promote the complementarity of resources and coordinated and cooperative development between Shandong and Inner Mongolia provinces. Inner Mongolia Shanghai Miaoyike Zhao converter station, east to Shandong Linyi Yinan converter station, passing through Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, Henan, Shandong 6 provinces, rated voltage ± 800 kV, designed power transmission capacity of 10 million kilowatts, The length of the line is 1238 kilometers.
As the first local UHV clean power transmission project and the country's first batch of large-scale wind power base projects focusing on desert, Gobi, and desert areas, the Alxa League Renewable Energy Base is located in the northern part of Alxa Zuoqi, close to the S311 provincial road, with beautiful scenery. Rich in resources and flat terrain, it has unique geographical advantages for the development of wind power and photovoltaics. The base is planned to have an installed wind power capacity of 1.6 million kilowatts, which will be developed and constructed by Huaneng, Datang, Shandong Energy and State Power Investment Corporation. After it is completed and put into operation, the annual on-grid electricity will be about 5 billion kWh, all of which will be sent to Shandong for consumption, which can replace about 1.5 million tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 4 million tons.
Shandong Energy Group undertakes the construction of the bidding section of this project. The project plans to build 122 3.3 MW wind turbines with an installed capacity of 402,600 kilowatts and a total design investment of 2.45 billion yuan. The center height of the fan hub is 100 meters, and the diameter of the impeller is 165 meters. Shandong Energy Group's onshore wind power project with the largest single capacity. It is estimated that the power generation will be completed by the end of 2022, and the annual on-grid electricity will be about 1.3 billion kWh, which can replace about 390,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 1 million tons. The project will make full use of new-generation information technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to create a smart management platform with centralized monitoring, unmanned and few people on duty.
In the next step, Shandong will continue to promote the introduction of external power into Shandong, speed up the construction of the existing DC channel supporting power base, and focus on building a 10 million kilowatt-level integrated power base for wind, solar and thermal storage, and continue to expand the scale of green power from outside the province entering Shandong. By 2025, a "five-interchange and four-direct" power reception pattern will be formed, and the annual electricity received from outside the province will reach more than 150 billion kWh, and the proportion of renewable energy will reach about 30%.
