"The Great Ming Robbery" takes the turbulent society at the end of the Ming Dynasty as the story background. It tells the story of the two years before the Ming Dynasty's demise. Plague.

In the Ming Dynasty in 1642, against the backdrop of frequent plagues of war, the country fell into a chaotic and panic atmosphere. On the occasion of this crisis, a Langnan man named Wu Youxing (character is OK) in Jiangnan edited a "Plague Theory" with superb medical skills, which not only saved countless Li Mins, but also became the originator of Chinese plague . One of the protagonists of the movie "Da Ming Jie" released in 2013, Wu Youke, a river and lake travelling doctor played by Feng Yuanzheng, is based on him.

First, the heart of the healer

In the fifteenth year of Chongzhen, Tulang Zhongwu in Wuxian County, Jiangsu Province, faced a ten-room, nine-empty home, and felt unprecedented depression.

If it hadn't been for this unprecedented plague, he might be walking through the streets with a medicine box at his half a century old. He was a farmer in Wanli for ten years. After he was an adult, he studied a few medical books and made a living in Jianghulangzhong in order to support his family. At the time, this was a very shameful occupation.

During the Xiaobinghe period in the late Ming Dynasty, he made him a humble little man to the forefront of the times. The small ice river at the end of the Ming Dynasty was the coldest period in the history of human beings. The special climate made the Ming Dynasty continue to suffer from natural disasters. Since the emperor Chongzhen came to power, there have been severe droughts in North China, Northwest China, and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, followed by a flood of locusts.

For a while, the exiles spread, and the plague caused by the death of humans and animals quickly spread to other regions. By the 14th year of Chongzhen, the Jiangnan area had become a hell on earth.

Therefore, Wu decisively stood up and screamed, "Keeping the ancient law is incompatible with this disease, and examining ancient books with this disease." He called on his colleagues not to find answers in ancient books.

In order to obtain first-hand information, he made good protection and went to the epidemic area to inquire about the epidemic situation and record it. In order to find out the source of the disease, Wu still stayed behind in cowsheds, pig pens, henhouses, etc., just to find scientific answers.

Second, good cures

After careful observation and clinical treatment, Wu discovered that the plague was caused by "radon gas". This kind of "belching gas" is different from wind, cold, heat, and humidity. It is not an illusory substance, but is transmitted from the patient's nose and nose, and then introduced into other people through gas.

Whether radon can cause a plague depends on the concentration of radon and the body's immunity; different places where radon invades can cause different diseases; human plagues and animal plagues, although caused by radon However, due to different species, the treatment methods are different.

This coincides with the theory of viral respiratory infectious diseases in modern medicine, and is a major breakthrough in the history of traditional Chinese medicine.

After finding out the pathogen, Wu could go through several clinical trials and develop a medicine to fight the plague: Dayuanyin.

Dayuan Beverage uses betel nut, Magnolia officinalis, grass fruit, Zhimu, Amaranth, Scutellaria baicalensis, and liquorice as raw materials. Zhimu nourishes yin, nourishes bacon, nourishes heat, detoxifies licorice, replenishes and reconcile licorice, eliminates betel nut, magnolia, and pungent flavor of grass and fruit. The combination can have an excellent epidemic effect.

The development of Da Yuan Yin made the plague that had been running for more than a year finally contained. However, since then, Wu Ke has not been recognized by later generations. His prescription has been silent for more than 300 years, and he was not able to see it again until 2003.

In 2003, the SARS virus struck, and the medical community around the world was at a loss for this. Professor Ren Jixue, a well-known Chinese medical scientist, used Wu's theory of "poison of the epidemic to invade the membrane" to restore the original prescription of the medicine. Very good curative effect.

Third, the medical path will last

After the epidemic subsided, Wu returned to his hometown and wrote a 45-page booklet on how to control the plague during this period. This is the world's immortal medical work, Plague Theory.

It is a pity that Wu could not be born at the right time. His era was at the end of the Ming Ming chaos. The era did not provide him with stable research conditions.

Until decades later, Westerners developed microscopes, and after more than a hundred years of development, the medical community discovered that Wu Youke's theory of qi was exactly the same as that of "microbiology" in Western medicine.

"Plague Theory" is China's first medical monograph on acute infectious diseases. In this book, Wu can also divide the infection modes of the plague into 9 categories. This is the famous "Bore and Nine Dialectics", which is still to this day. For the benefit of mankind.

Without the aid of equipment, Wu could reach such a conclusion, leading the West by more than 200 years.

In the second year after the Plague Theory was completed, the Qing army entered the customs, and the emperor Chongzhen embarked on the coal mountain, which ended the Ming Dynasty. It can cure the plague but it ca n’t heal people ’s hearts. When the country is broken, Wu, who is disheartened, can return to his hometown to practice medicine.

However, there is no egg under the nest. The commander of the Qing Army, Dole Ye, issued a brutal "shaving order" to consolidate the regime, and promoted the policy of "stay without hair, leave hair without hair", which triggered Jiangnan. Fierce resistance in the region. Wu Youke, who was pregnant with his homeland, refused to shave his hair and was executed by the Qing court. At the age of 71, his wife and son also committed suicide.

Wu Ke also created "The Plague Theory" in 1644. The virus doctrine theory first proposed was more than 200 years earlier than the West. Although his peerlessness has been lost, the character image is quite great, a thousand times stronger than Jobs! The people of the Ming Dynasty were rescued. Editor / Zhao Yongjing
