Regarding how to serve the major projects in the "two lists", the Provincial Development and Reform Commission put forward specific requirements.

The "Project List" shows that there are a total of 1,343 provincial-level major projects in Yunnan Province in 2022 and "top priority" projects in Yunnan Province in 2022, including 1,239 annual provincial-level major projects and 104 annual "top priority" projects. As of June 2022, Yunnan Province has started 2,262 industrial projects with a total investment of 640.5 billion yuan and a planned investment of 271.9 billion yuan in 2022.

Focus on the "three lists" of local government special bonds, central budget funds, and centralized construction projects, carry out "weekly scheduling", supervise and speed up the progress of capital expenditure, and try to shorten the construction period and increase the speed on the premise of ensuring the safety and quality of the project. Strive to complete the project as soon as possible, put it into production as soon as possible, and realize the benefits as soon as possible. Adhere to "factors follow the project", do everything possible to break the bottlenecks of capital, land, environmental impact assessment and other factors that restrict the implementation of the project, go all out to promote the project to start as soon as possible, speed up the implementation of new projects, and accelerate the formation of more physical workloads for projects under construction. From January to April 2022, the province's fixed asset investment will increase by 9.7%, which is 2.9 percentage points higher than the national level, which has played a key role in the steady growth of investment.

It is understood that there are more than 1,200 projects in the "List of Major Provincial Projects in Yunnan Province in 2022", including the infrastructure construction project of Yunnan Carbon Neutral Demonstration Industrial Park, Yuntianhua New Energy Battery New Material Precursors and Supporting Projects, China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone Honghe Area Small and Medium Enterprise Incubation Park, Kunming Dounan Flower Town Flower Industry Comprehensive Service Area (Phase I) Project, Wuding County Xiaoshibangou Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, etc. There are more than 100 items in the "List of "Top Priority" Projects in Yunnan Province in 2022", including the German nano-lithium iron phosphate supporting 20,000-ton lithium supplement project, the Maitreya West Wind Farm Project, Sichuan New Hope Modern Agricultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd.
