The project was led by China Railway 11th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and China Railway Construction Urban Development Co., Ltd. , China Railway Construction East China Construction Development Co., Ltd., China Railway Construction Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., and China Railway Shanghai Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. jointly won the bid.

The project overview 

The project is located in the east of Xinchang County, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, with Xinchang River in the north and National Road 104 in the south. The east and west sides are low hills and gentle slopes. According to the detailed regulatory planning of Rucheng Area, East Gate of Xinchang County, the total planned area of Rucheng Area, East Gate of Xinchang County is 550.23 hectares, including 197.21 hectares of residential land, 63.66 hectares of public management and service facilities, and 14.43 hectares of commercial service facilities. 182.75 hectares of green and square land, 68.73 hectares of road and traffic facilities, 2.57 hectares of industrial land, 3.75 hectares of public facilities, and 17.13 hectares of others. The planned land for the project scope is ultimately subject to the latest planning. The total investment of this project is about 7476.77 million yuan. The maximum control price of consulting service fees for this project is 51.11 million yuan, including 10 million yuan for comprehensive consulting and operation consulting services, 8.4 million yuan for project construction management fees, 23.87 million yuan for project supervision, and 8.84 million yuan for cost consulting services. The billing base for the final project construction management fee, project supervision fee, and cost consulting service fee is based on the final project settlement price approved by the relevant government department, including the construction and installation cost, and the final settlement price shall not exceed 110% of the contract contract price.
