According to reports, the railway project is a special railway line project for the comprehensive port area and bulk cargo port area of Huanghua Port, with a total length of 27.380 kilometers and a total of 3 stations, including the existing Yang'er Manor Station, the newly built Gangqian Station, and the comprehensive port area. stand. The two logistics park projects are the Huanghua Port Bulk Cargo Terminal Coal Storage Yard Project and the Huanghua Port Bulk Cargo Logistics Park Mineral Powder Storage Project. The coal storage yard project covers an area of about 640 mu. The planning and construction include production areas, auxiliary production and living areas, greening and transportation organization. The ore powder storage project covers an area of about 551 mu. It mainly builds storage and transportation facilities for ore powder and related supporting facilities, and has value-added service functions such as specialized storage, transportation and distribution of ore powder.

After the completion of the Huanghua Port Collection and Distribution System Project, the Canggang Railway, the Shuohuang Railway and the Handan-Huangzhou Railway will be connected and connected together to form bulk cargoes such as coal, iron ore, bauxite, and non-ferrous ore to northern Shandong, central and southern Hebei, High-efficiency and low-cost logistics channels in central and western regions such as Shanxi, northern Shaanxi, and Inner Mongolia realize the transfer of bulk cargo to the railway, and the transfer of bulk cargo at the port, strengthen sea-rail combined transportation, and open up the last mile of port transportation. At the same time, it is of great significance to further optimize the functional layout of the port, improve the level of specialized production and green operations, improve the bulk cargo collection and distribution system, promote the adjustment, transformation and upgrading of the port structure, and build a modern comprehensive port and a strong international trade port.

It is reported that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Huanghua Port has planned 22 terminal projects with a total of 41 berths and a total investment of 41.5 billion yuan, covering container, ro-ro, crude oil, LNG and multi-purpose terminals, further improving the port functions. There are currently 6 projects under construction, with a total of 11 berths. After the completion of these terminal projects, the throughput of 147 million tons can be increased, and the throughput of containers can be increased by 1 million TEUs.
