Recently, the Provincial Energy Administration issued the "Announcement on the Announcement of the Competitive Configuration Results of Offshore Photovoltaic Projects in Shandong Province in 2022". The "Announcement" shows that in 2022, Shandong will compete to deploy 10 offshore photovoltaic projects with a total scale of 11.25 million kilowatts and a total investment of about 67.5 billion yuan. With this as a sign, Shandong officially sails to the deep blue and starts a new journey of offshore photovoltaic construction.

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, according to the general idea of "from near to far, from easy to difficult, demonstration first, and step-by-step implementation", Shandong will coordinate and promote the large-scale, intensive and coordinated development of offshore photovoltaics, and focus on creating technologically advanced and ecologically friendly , The "Bohai Sea, Yellow Sea" double 10 million kilowatt-class offshore photovoltaic base with intelligent integration helps to build a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system.

Offshore PV Project Layout

There are 57 offshore photovoltaic sites, with a total installed capacity of 42 million kilowatts. The 10-million-kilowatt offshore photovoltaic base around the Bohai Sea has 31 offshore photovoltaic sites, with a total installed capacity of 19.3 million kilowatts. Among them, there are 20 photovoltaic sites with an installed capacity of 14.1 million kilowatts; 11 photovoltaic sites with an installed capacity of 5.2 million kilowatts. Along the Yellow Sea 10 million kilowatt-class offshore photovoltaic base, 26 offshore photovoltaic sites are deployed, with a total installed capacity of 22.7 million kilowatts. Among them, there are 9 photovoltaic sites with an installed capacity of 9.5 million kilowatts; 17 photovoltaic sites with an installed capacity of 13.2 million kilowatts.

It is reported that through the procedures of announcement, enterprise registration, material submission, expert review, public announcement and other procedures for this competition configuration, the list of selected enterprises for each site has been determined.
