GUVNL Announces India's 750 MW Solar Tender Announcement via Competitive Tender

GUVNL has tendered a 750 MW solar project through a bidding process. The deadline for online bidding is 5:00 pm on August 23, 2022, and the deadline for offline bidding is 5:00 pm on August 25, 2022. Bidding will open on August 26, 2022 at 11:00pm.

The 750 MW GUVNL solar tender includes site survey, design, engineering, supply, construction, installation, testing, O&M and commissioning work. The winning bidder will build the solar photovoltaic power generation project at his own expense, including the grid to the delivery point. All approvals, permits and permits required to establish the project (including connectivity and land registration) and all approvals, permits and permits required by state and local agencies shall be within the scope of the winning bidder.

The minimum winning bid for a single project developer is 25 MW. Every interested bidder has to pay Rs. 29,500/- (including 18% of the GST amount) as RFS documentation fee for participating in the bidding process. This RFS document fee amount is non-refundable.

In addition to this, each interested bidder has to pay Rs. 354,000/- (including 18% of the GST amount) as a processing fee, which is also non-refundable. The successful bidder for the project has to submit Rs. 400,000/MW as security deposit or bank guarantee. The performance bank guarantee (PBG) for the solar project is Rs. Rs 944,000/MW (including 18% GST amount), which must be paid by selected bidders after issuing the LOI and before signing the PPA. Keywords: engineering news, overseas news
