Recently, the Bozi 1302 well located at the southern foot of the Tianshan Mountains was completed and put into production. This is the 67th high-yield gas well put into production in the Bozi Dabei ultra-deep condensate gas area. This gas area is a large-scale condensate gas area newly implemented by PetroChina Tarim Oilfield . PetroChina Tarim Oilfield has cumulatively produced more than 150 million tons of condensate oil and gas, and its annual oil and gas equivalent has exceeded 12 million tons, effectively guaranteeing the supply of high-end petrochemical raw materials in China.

Chen Dong, Director of the Natural Gas Institute of PetroChina Tarim Oilfield Exploration and Development Research Institute: At present, Tarim Oilfield has successfully developed 14 deep condensate gas fields such as Yaha, Dina, Tazhong No. 1, and Bozi Dabei, with an annual output of condensate gas. 14 billion cubic meters, with an annual output of 1.5 million tons of condensate.

The global condensate oil and gas resources are mainly distributed in Central Asia, Russia and North America, with buried depths ranging from 1,500 meters to 4,000 meters. It is a medium-shallow atmospheric gas reservoir; while China is mostly a deep condensate gas reservoir, and more than 80% of its proven reserves are concentrated in the Tarim Basin.Editor/Ma Xue
