G1111 Heha Expressway from Hegang to Mossing

The starting point is located on the south side of Yongchang Village, Hegang City, connecting Heda Expressway, ending at the east of Taiqing Town, Jinlin District, connecting the proposed Heha Expressway from Taiqing to Yichun, with a total length of 99.281km and a two-way four-lane expressway. G1111 Heha Expressway Moss Green to Yichun Section

The starting point is located on the east side of Taiqing Town, Jinlin District, connecting the Hegang to Taiqing section of the proposed Heha Expressway, ending at Wucui District, Yichun City, and connecting the Yichun to Harbin section of the Heha Expressway, with a total length of 63.33km. It adopts the standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway. Simultaneously build the Yichun connecting line, which is 3.38km long and adopts the first-class highway standard.

The main control points are: Taiqing Town, Meixi Town, Lindu Airport, Dongsheng Town, Duishan Farm, Yilin Management Office, and Yichun Economic Development Zone, Jinlin District, Yichun City.

There are 16 bridges in total, including: 6009.2m/3 extra-large bridges, 3590.2m/8 bridges, 300.4/5 middle bridges, 87 reinforced concrete box culverts; 2806m/2 long tunnels; 4 interchanges , 1 hub intercommunication, 3 service intercommunication; 4 separation bridges across the main line, 2 separation bridges under the main line, 8 vehicle overpasses, 3 passage bridges, 17 passage culverts; 1 service area, toll 3 stations, 1 maintenance work area; 1 tunnel monitoring communication station; 2 tunnel substations and distribution stations.

How it works: This tender consists of two parts, A and B.

Part A: General contracting for the construction of G1111 Hegang-Taiqing section of Heha Expressway, including subgrade, road surface, bridges and culverts, tunnels, intersections, environmental protection and greening, traffic engineering and facilities along the line in Part A and repairs during the defect liability period all content. The preliminary design approval estimate for the general contracting of engineering construction is 8.964 billion yuan, of which the construction and installation cost is 6.606 billion yuan.

Planned construction period: The planned total construction period is 48 months, the planned start of construction: October 1, 2022, and the planned delivery: September 30, 2026. The construction period is 4 years and the defect liability period is 24 months.

The estimated total investment of the project is 6.737 billion yuan, the estimated total investment of PPP is 5.953 billion yuan, and the construction and installation engineering cost in the preliminary design approval estimate is 4.632 billion yuan.
