According to the agreement, during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Yichang, Jingzhou, and Jingmen plan to complete an investment of 462.3 billion yuan, including 225.2 billion yuan in Yichang, 147.9 billion yuan in Jingzhou, and 89.2 billion yuan in Jingmen.
