The concession period of this project is 25 years, of which the construction period is not more than 3 years and the operation period is 22 years. The project accepts the joint bid.

According to the feasibility study report of the first phase of the systematic treatment project for improving the quality and efficiency of the drainage system in the main urban area of Pingxiang City, the project takes the service scope of the Pingxiang City Sewage Treatment Plant as the scope of work, and extends to Penggao Town, Shangli County in the north and Xiejia, Mashan Mountain in the south. The beach, east to Ping'an Iron and Steel Plant, west to Zhonghuan West Road, covers an area of about 74k㎡, covering the old city at the city level, the Economic Development Zone, Anyuan District, and some townships in the southern part of Shangli County.

The contents of this project include the upgrading and reconstruction of sewage intercepting main pipes, the reconstruction of rain and sewage diversion of municipal pipe network, the reconstruction of rain and sewage diversion of drainage units, the sub-regional sewage treatment project in the main urban area, and the smart water project. The specific construction contents are as follows:

Sewage interception trunk pipe upgrading and reconstruction project: It mainly includes the construction of DN600~DN1600 sewage interception trunk pipes of 16348m, DN400~DN500 supporting connection pipes of 2836m, 3 sewage lifting pump stations, as well as supporting pressure pipes, pipe jacking wells, horse riding wells, and Defect repair and pipeline dredging will be carried out on the original sewage interception trunk pipe section of Baiyuan River that continues to be used.

Municipal pipeline network rain and sewage diversion reconstruction project: It mainly includes the construction of DN300~DN800 rain and sewage diversion pipeline network of 181145.4m, as well as the reconstruction of staggered joints, the lifting of inspection wells, the reconstruction of interception points, the dredging of existing pipes and channels, sludge disposal and defect repair, etc.

Reconstruction project of rainwater and sewage diversion of drainage unit: It mainly includes the renovation and construction of rainwater and sewage diversion pipe network of the combined system in the seven key problem areas, with a renovation area of 1106.67 hectares.

Sub-regional sewage treatment project in the main urban area: mainly includes the construction of 1 sewage treatment plant in the east area, 3 sewage lifting pump stations, 8015 meters of main collection pipe of DN600-DN1200 sewage plant, 1156 meters of DN400-DN500 supporting connection pipe, DN300-DN1000 pressure Pipe 5236 meters and supporting pipe jacking wells, horse riding wells, etc.

Smart water engineering: including multi-source monitoring system, smart drainage management platform, data resource system construction and infrastructure system construction.
