The starting point of Songchang Expressway is located in the southeast of Songjianghe Town, Fusong County, passing through Fusong County, Linjiang City and Changbai County, and the end point is located in the north of Liangjiang Village, Changbai County.

The starting point of the open tourism channel along the border is located at the estuary where the Hunjiang River joins the Yalu River at the junction of Jilin Province and Liaoning Province, and the end point is located in Tumen City. Linjiang City, Changbai County, Fusong County, and the Baishan section have a construction mileage of 349.8 kilometers, with an estimated total investment of 25.177 billion yuan.

According to reports, the two expressways and one channel project is an important supporting project for Baishan City to construct and practice the concept of two mountains, implement the brand strategy of one mountain and two rivers, and build a development pattern of one body and two wings.
