On August 6, 2022, the CGNPC e-commerce platform released the bidding announcement for the wind turbines and towers of the CGNPC Yangjiang Fanshiyi Offshore Wind Farm. According to the announcement, the tender is divided into 3 tenders. Among them, the installed capacity of the first tender section is 300MW; the second tender section has an installed capacity of 400MW; and the third tender section has an installed capacity of 300MW.
Project Overview
The CGNPC Yangjiang Fanshi Offshore Wind Farm project is located in the south waters of Nanpeng Island, Yangjiang City. This phase is the Fanshi No. 1 project. The site uses a sea area of 139.1 km2 and a water depth of 40-48m.
The total planned installed capacity of this phase of the project is 1000MW. It is planned to arrange offshore wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 10MW and above, and at the same time build a 500kV offshore booster station. The power generated by the wind turbine is connected to the 500kV offshore booster station through a 66kV current collector submarine cable, and after boosting, it is connected to the onshore centralized control center through a two-circuit three-core 500kV submarine cable, and is sent to 500kV in the onshore centralized control center through a 500kV overhead line Dieling Substation, the line length is about 50km.
The installed capacity of one bidding section is 300MW: the total capacity of the bidding models should not exceed 25% of the capacity of a single unit. . The single machine capacity is 10000kW and above. Manufacturers are requested to determine the number of fans according to the project capacity, site range, and bidding models.
Wind turbines: The wind turbines in this bidding section of the project are expected to complete the delivery of wind turbines with a total capacity of not less than 50MW before March 30, 2023; the delivery of wind turbines with a cumulative total capacity of not less than 150MW before April 30, 2023; May 2023 Complete the delivery of all fans before 30 days.
Tower: The tower delivery will be completed from March 2023 to May 2023, and the delivery batch will be executed according to the delivery batch of the fan.
The installed capacity of the second bidding section is 400MW: the total capacity of the bidding models should not exceed 70% of the capacity of a single unit. . The single machine capacity is 10000kW and above. Manufacturers are requested to determine the number of fans according to the project capacity, site range, and bidding models.
Wind turbines: The wind turbines in this bidding section of this project are expected to complete the delivery of wind turbines with a total capacity of not less than 50MW before April 30, 2023; the delivery of wind turbines with a cumulative total capacity of not less than 150MW before May 30, 2023; June 2023 Complete the delivery of wind turbines with a cumulative total capacity of not less than 250MW before 30; complete the delivery of all wind turbines before July 30, 2023.
Tower tube: The tower tube delivery will be completed from April 2023 to July 2023, and the delivery batch will be executed according to the delivery batch of the fan.
