Argentina is planning a new bridge and road project in Salta province. The package is worth $1.34 billion and the project is expected to take 24 months to complete.

The project includes the construction of a highway section and a bridge across the Vaqueros River, with a total length of 4 kilometers and two lanes in both directions. The new highway and bridge section will link the intersection of Bolivia Avenue with Provincial Road 28 and the Verna River Bridge on National Road 9.

This work was funded by Vialidad Nacional and the project was overseen by Vialidad de Salta. The new bypass will help keep traffic flowing in the area and will have facilities for pedestrians and cyclists, as well as three roundabouts connecting existing roads.Editor/XingWentao
