 At the promotion meeting, Zhang Ping, chairman of the board of directors of Jingneng International, on behalf of the consortium led by the company, signed a framework agreement on the cooperative development of the wind-solar hydrogen storage and green ammonia project with the People's Government of Duolun County, Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia.

According to the agreement, the two parties will focus on the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, give full play to their respective advantages, jointly promote the implementation process of the wind-solar hydrogen storage and green ammonia project, and use the renewable energy resources in the southern region of Xilin Gol League to produce green electricity and electrolysis to produce green hydrogen. Green hydrogen is converted into green ammonia and supplied to domestic and foreign markets. After the project is completed, it is expected that the electrolytic hydrogen production scale will produce 300 tons per day, and the annual green ammonia production scale will reach 600,000 tons. It will realize the intensive development of resources, expand new ways, new models and new scenarios for the utilization of new energy, and promote regional green power energy to green chemical industry. The coordinated development of the industrial chain of products will boost the transformation and upgrading of the regional energy structure.
