On the evening of August 23, 2022, Xinjiang Lixin Energy Co., Ltd. issued an announcement on investing in the construction of new energy power generation projects. According to the announcement, Lixin Energy will hold the 18th meeting of the first board of directors on August 22, 2022. The meeting reviewed and approved the proposal of Xinjiang Lixin Energy Co., Ltd. on investment and construction of new energy power generation projects.

Qitai Chaifeng New Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lixin Energy, plans to invest in the construction of a 300,000-kilowatt new energy project. Among them, wind power 200,000 kilowatts, photovoltaic 100,000 kilowatts. Jimusar County Lixin Photoelectric Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of a 150,000-kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project, with an estimated total investment of 2.963 billion yuan.

The 125,000-kilowatt energy storage + 500,000-kilowatt wind and solar new energy project in Qitai County was jointly declared by Lixin Energy and Changji State-owned Assets Investment Management Group Co., Ltd. According to the "Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture Enterprise Project Investment Registration Certificate" issued by the Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture Development and Reform Commission, Qitai Chaifeng New Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lixin Energy, will build a 300,000-kilowatt new energy project, of which wind power is 200,000 kilowatts, photovoltaic 100,000 kilowatts. Changji SDIC Qixin Energy Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Changji SDIC, built 200,000 kilowatts of wind power.

The 300,000-kilowatt "photovoltaic + energy storage" integrated clean energy demonstration project in Jimsar County was jointly declared by Lixin Energy and CECEP Solar Technology Jimsar Co., Ltd. as a consortium. According to the "Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture Enterprise Project Investment Registration Certificate" issued by the Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture Development and Reform Commission, Jimsar County Lixin Photoelectric Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lixin Energy, will build a 150,000-kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project

The 300,000-kilowatt new energy project constructed by Qitai Chaifeng New Energy Co., Ltd. is scheduled to be completed in June 2023; the 150,000-kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project constructed by Jimsar County Lixin Photoelectric Co., Ltd. is scheduled to be completed in April 2023.Editor/Zhao E
