The project duration is 540 days. The Dacheng sewage pipe network project aims to support the construction of urban infrastructure in Tanzania, improve people's living standards, and promote local social development.

The Dashi sewage pipe network project is the second municipal sewage pipe network project won by the Tanzania branch after the Arusha new sewage pipe network expansion project was undertaken in August 2018.
