National Highway 110 is the 10th of the 12 capital radials in the national trunk road network. The line starts at Deshengmen in Beijing and ends at Qingtongxia in Ningxia, with a total length of about 1,357 kilometers, passing through 4 provincial-level administrative regions of Beijing, Hebei, Inner Mongolia and Ningxia.

The national highway 110 in Bayannaoer City has a total of 279 kilometers, of which 57 kilometers of the first-class highway in the Linhe ring road section has been renovated, and the remaining sections are planned to be implemented in 3 sections. Investment of 2.52 billion yuan; National Highway 110 Dengkou Yellow River Bridge Class I highway is 11 kilometers long (among which, the Yellow River Bridge is 3098 meters long), with a total investment of 1.44 billion yuan; State Highway 110 Haye Hutong (Baobajie) to Tianjitai Section Class I The highway is 171 kilometers long, with a total investment of 8.15 billion yuan. The above three sections of the project have all completed the project approval. Among them, the section from Huangyangmutou to Dengkou of National Highway 110 and the first-class highway of Dengkou Yellow River Bridge are under construction drawing design work, and strive to start construction within this year.
