The construction sites of this project are located in Huainan City, Lu'an City and Fuyang City, Anhui Province.

The total length of the route is 35 kilometers, and the estimated investment is 4.918 billion yuan. The project has set up 1 extra-large bridge, 8 bridges, and 20 separate interchanges. The total length of the bridges is 15.495 kilometers, accounting for 44.3% of the total length of the route; 1 hub interchange and 1 service interchange; 1 service area and 1 maintenance area Office, 1 traffic police barracks and other supporting facilities. The whole line adopts the standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway, the design speed is 100 km/h, the roadbed width is 26 meters, and the asphalt concrete pavement is used.
