Recently, the construction land of the newly built Baotou-Yinchuan high-speed railway from Baotou to Huinong (including the branch line from Yinchuan to Bayanhot) in Inner Mongolia has been officially approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources.

At present, the Baoyin high-speed railway (including the Ba-yin branch line) has completed an annual investment of 2.428 billion yuan. Among them, the early projects such as the North Branch Main Canal Bridge and the Cross-Hai Letaisigou Bridge have entered the construction stage of the main project. The reform work is progressing steadily, and the preparations for the start of construction of each tender section have been completed.

The Baotou-Huinong section of Baoyin High-speed Railway is 419 kilometers long, of which the Inner Mongolia section is 402 kilometers, with a design speed of 250 km/h. one of the major projects.

After the whole line of the project is completed, it will form a Yinchuan-Baotou-Beijing high-speed railway channel, which is a major transportation artery and an economic channel connecting the northeast region and the northeast region in the northwest region. The Yinchuan to Bayanhot branch line is 110 kilometers long, of which the Inner Mongolia section is 75 kilometers, and the design speed is 200 kilometers per hour.Editor/Ma Xue
