The project is built by the Communications Construction Group of Fuzhou Zuohai Group. It starts from the Maweiting River hub, passes through Changle Houyu, Tantou, Wenling, Hunan, and ends at Fugang Road, connecting with the airport North Jinchang Road. 24.3 km. Its main line adopts the standard construction of two-way six-lane expressway, with a design speed of 100km/h and a roadbed width of 33.5m. Among them, auxiliary roads are set up from Tantou Town to the end of the route, which adopts two-way four-lane secondary road and municipal function standard, with a total length of 11.9 kilometers and a design speed of 40km/h. The bridge-to-tunnel ratio of the entire project line is as high as 91.4%. As the control project of the project, Min'an Bridge adds a beautiful scenery along the way. It adopts 3×60+716+3×60=1076m single-column double-tower double-cable plane mixed beam cable-stayed bridge, more than 200 meters high. The two main towers are supported on both sides of the Minjiang River (the Fuzhou side tower is 215m high and the Changle side tower is 226m high). After completion, the overall shape is vivid, like two large harps.

The Min'an Bridge with a main span of 716 meters and a side span of 180 meters is not only beautiful in appearance, but also ranks second in the world among long-span bridges of the same type after the bridge is completed. In addition, the standard width of the main beam of the bridge is 54.25m, the maximum bridge width is 59.25m, and the super-wide main beam section ranks the highest in China.

Tingjiang Tunnel is also an important part of the project. It adopts a large-span asymmetric small clear distance structure with 4 lanes on the left line and 3 lanes on the right line. The excavation width of the left line is 21.5m, the excavation width of the right line is 17.5m, and the , The clear distance between the right lines is about 8.5m, which is only 0.4 times the excavation width of a single hole.
