The autumn bears fruit, and the standard rises all the way. Recently, the fifth company of China Railway Tenth Bureau won the bid for the Woditan depot of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 8, the largest depot project in Jiangsu Province.

The Woditan Depot of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 8 is located in Suzhou Industrial Park. In addition to the single construction of the depot, the project also involves the construction of the upper platform, with a total investment of more than 3.3 billion yuan. In the future, the superstructure platform will further develop residential, school and other projects, which can fully save and utilize land space resources.

The project covers an area of 267,000 square meters, with a total construction period of 763 days. The main construction content involves construction civil works, strong and weak electricity, HVAC, water supply and drainage, decoration and other majors. After the project is completed, it will not only undertake the functions of parking, repair and maintenance of all trains of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 8, but also form a combined ring with Line 8 and Line 3 in the transportation network of the main urban area of Suzhou. At that time, Suzhou will enter the era of rail transit ring line, the urban transportation operation system will be further improved, and the daily travel of citizens will be more convenient.
