The hydrogen port hydrogen energy industrial park with the most advanced routes and equipment will create a modern industrial system integrating manufacturing, storage, transportation, processing, application, research and equipment manufacturing.

"We plan to invest 78 billion yuan to deploy the Pengwan Hydrogen Port Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park, which is the world's largest, the most complete industrial chain, and the most advanced technological route and equipment." said Zheng Peng, Chairman and President of Shanxi Pengfei Group Co., Ltd. Located in Luliang City, the company plans to build 200,000 tons of coke oven tail gas hydrogen production, 5GW wind and solar power generation, 100,000 tons of photovoltaic power generation hydrogen production, 100,000 tons of liquid hydrogen storage and liquid hydrogen filling station, and 80,000 tons of organic liquid hydrogen storage device , 50 hydrogenation integrated energy stations, 300,000/year hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, 30,000/year hydrogen fuel cell construction machinery, as well as supporting stacks, power systems, hydrogen supply systems, lithium batteries, etc. When all completed, the annual output value will be 180 billion yuan, profits and taxes will be 27.5 billion yuan, and 35,000 people will be employed.

At present, various plans for the Pengwan Hydrogen Port Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park have been fully rolled out. In terms of hydrogen production, the first phase of the 20,000-ton/year coke oven tail gas to high-purity hydrogen project was officially put into operation on July 6. In terms of hydrogen refueling, 14 comprehensive hydrogen refueling stations are planned to be built in Luliang City this year, 4 of which have been started in Xiaoyi, 3 have been completed, and the remaining 10 are being actively promoted. In terms of hydrogen use, it plans to invest 7.4 billion yuan to establish the world's largest "10,000 hydrogen energy heavy truck logistics park", which is expected to be put into operation in October.

In terms of equipment manufacturing, 300,000 units/year (30,000 units/year in the first phase) hydrogen fuel cell vehicle manufacturing project, 30,000 units/year hydrogen fuel cell engineering machinery R&D and manufacturing projects in cooperation with Xugong Group and Taizhong Group, and cooperation with Xugong Group and Taizhong Group Shanghai Hydrogen Morning, Shanghai Kunhua, and Zhejiang Lanneng respectively set up joint ventures to support the R&D and manufacturing projects of stacks, power systems and hydrogen supply systems, which officially started on July 21. Shanxi has a total coking capacity of 140 million tons, and the by-product coke oven gas that can be used for hydrogen production is about 28 billion standard square meters, all of which can be used for hydrogen production and can produce 1.5 million tons of hydrogen per year. As an important place for the development of hydrogen energy in Shanxi Province, Luliang City has the largest coke production base in the country, and has unique advantages in the development of hydrogen energy.
