On September 2, 2022, the Bidding Announcement (FHZQ-2 bid, FHZQ-4 bid) for the total contract construction of the new Fuyang-Mengcheng-Suzhou Huaibei Railway Station Project was released. The newly built Fuhuai Intercity Railway is about to enter the construction stage of the whole line, with a planned construction period of 3.5 years. The project has been approved for construction by the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission. The construction unit is Anhui Intercity Fuhuai Railway Co., Ltd., and the construction drawing design documents are complete. The tenderer is Anhui North Anhui Intercity Fuhuai Railway Co., Ltd.

Project Overview

The newly built Fuyang-Mengcheng-Suzhou Huaibei railway line starts from Shangqiu to Hefei to Hangzhou Railway Fuyang West Station, passes through Lixin County and Mengcheng County in Bozhou City, and ends at the proposed Huaibei-Suzhou-Bengbu Railway Shuangdui Station. It is 142.5 kilometers long. The left line of the connecting line from Fuyang to Bengbu is 4.67 kilometers long and the right line is 4.09 kilometers long.

There are 5 stations on the whole line, including 2 newly built stations, namely Mengcheng and Lixin, and 1 reserved station, namely Yingquan in Fuyang. The total investment of the project is about 22.5 billion yuan.

Main technical standards: railway grade high-speed railway; design speed 350km/h.

The project in front of the station is divided into 4 tender sections, of which 2 tender sections are included in this tender, as follows:

FHZQ-2 standard mileage range: the main line DK25+205.430 ~ DK69+349.835, the Bozhou-Bengbu railway integration project, with a length of 44.21 kilometers. Main project contents: 2.33 kilometers of roadbed project, including Mengcheng Station, 54.5 kilometers of bridge project, double-block ballastless track, 1 beam field. Including the 706# pier of the Mengcheng Bridge. The upper part of the DK25+205.430~D1K38+676.805 section and the DK43+450~D1K43+600 section of the advance project are not included.

FHZQ-4 standard mileage range: main line DK105+501.19～DK143+786.3965, corresponding to Shanghe-Hangzhou DK184+196 and Fuyang west downlink line synchronously implemented, with a length of 38.20 kilometers. Main project contents: 1.66 kilometers of roadbed engineering, 34.9 kilometers of bridge engineering, double-block ballastless track, 2 beam fields, and about 1004 holes of prefabricated beams.
