The starting point of the route is located in Goujiehe Village, west of Wuyin Township, Weishan County, Dali Prefecture, connecting with the planned Wuyin North Hub of Michang Expressway; the end point of the route is located in the south of Dongbian Village, Fengshan Town, northwest of Fengqing County, Lincang City. The cross hub intersects with Yunfeng Expressway and connects with Fengyong Expressway. The total length of the Weishan-Fengqing expressway is 79.041 kilometers, of which: the main line of the Weishan section is 30.38 kilometers long, and the main line of the Fengqing section is 48.661 kilometers long. The main line adopts the standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 80 km/h. There are 53 bridges of 25,321 meters and 23 tunnels of 45,142 meters across the whole line, with a bridge-to-tunnel ratio of 89.15%. The estimated total investment of the Weishan-Fengqing Expressway is 21,017.6352 million yuan, of which: the investment in the Weishan section is 6.476 billion yuan, and the investment in the Fengqing section is 14.54 billion yuan, with an average cost of 265.9 million yuan per kilometer.

The Shuangjiang-Cangyuan Meng Provincial Expressway Project is located in Shuangjiang County, Cangyuan County and Gengma County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province. The starting point of the route is near Modaohe Village on the east side of Shuangjiang County, connecting Linxiang to the end of Shuangjiang Expressway under construction; the end of the route is located in the north of Hepingzhai, Mengshen Town, and is set up with the Ruili-Menglian Expressway under construction in Meng Province. The hubs are interconnected. The total length of the expressway from Shuangjiang to Cangyuan and Meng Province is 51.683 kilometers. The main line adopts the standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway. The design speed is 80 kilometers per hour. 74.48%. The total investment of the expressway from Shuangjiang to Cangyuan and Meng Province is estimated to be 11.585 billion yuan, with an average cost of 224.1 million yuan per kilometer.

The project adopts the franchise mode, the specific method is franchise operation + government subsidy during construction period + general construction contracting. two highways.
