According to the project plan, the project route will pass through the Huanglongxi, Zhongyan Temple and other provincial-level scenic spots and landscape coordination areas, as well as the Heilongtan drinking water source quasi-protection area. Therefore, planning, design and construction are integrated into Green and low-carbon concepts, combined with the construction of "smart expressways", carry out research on all-weather traffic, ensure the accessibility of expressways under extreme weather conditions, and reduce carbon emissions caused by congestion.
