Project Overview

Xinyang Xinbaishi Street Rapid Reconstruction Project: The total length of the project road is 3.317km, and the planned red line is 50m wide. The whole line from Nanjing Avenue to the North Ring Road adopts the roadbed renovation + elevated scheme, with a total of 4 pairs of entrances and exits. The ground expressway adopts two-way six-lane main line + two-way six-lane auxiliary road. The current status of the whole line can be roughly divided into two sections, Nanjing Avenue ~ Buyun Road: the main road in the city, the current road is 50m wide, with 6 lanes in both directions, and sidewalks in some sections have not yet been constructed. Buyun Road ~ Beihuan Road: Simple through-passage road, the current road width is 20m. The main construction contents include road engineering, bridge engineering, traffic engineering, lighting engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, electric power engineering, communication engineering, greening and landscape engineering, etc.

Xinyang Kechuang Road Project: covers an area of about 12.06 mu, the total length of the route is 657m, the road grade adopts the city main branch road, the road planning red line is 12m wide, and the design speed is 30km/h. Including road engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, traffic engineering, lighting engineering, electrical engineering, communication engineering, greening engineering and ancillary engineering within the red line of the road;

Xinyang Yuying Road Project: The total length of the project route is 659m, covering an area of about 30.94 mu. The road grade adopts the urban sub-arterial road, the road planning red line is 30m wide, and the design speed is 40km/h. Including road engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, traffic engineering, lighting engineering, electrical engineering, communication engineering, greening engineering and ancillary engineering within the red line of the road;

The project on the east side of Rongsheng Huafu on Yunmeng Road, Xinyang City: covers an area of about 42.02 mu, with a total length of 1357m. Including road engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, traffic engineering, lighting engineering, electrical engineering, communication engineering, greening engineering and ancillary engineering within the red line of the road;

Xinyang Xinsan Road Project: Covering an area of about 42.02 mu, the total length of the route is 870 meters. The road grade adopts the main branch road in the city. The planned red line is 30m wide and the design speed is 30km/h. Including road engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, traffic engineering, lighting engineering, electrical engineering, communication engineering, greening engineering and ancillary engineering within the red line of the road;

Xinyang Baiyunshan Road Project: covers an area of about 37.56 mu, the total length of the route is 1216m, the road grade adopts the city main branch road, the road planning red line is 20m wide, and the design speed is 30km/h. Including road engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, traffic engineering, lighting engineering, electrical engineering, communication engineering, greening engineering and ancillary engineering within the red line of the road;

Xinyang Taoxi Road Project: covers an area of about 38.95 mu, the total length of the route is 1263m, the road grade adopts the urban main branch road, the road planning red line is 20m wide, and the design speed is 30km/h. Xinyang City New Thirteenth Avenue Project: covers an area of about 41.24 mu, the total length of the route is 1338m, the road grade adopts the urban main branch road, the road planning red line is 20m wide, and the design speed is 30km/h. Xinyang Jinglong Street Project: covers an area of about 51.10 mu, the total length of the route is 1679m, the road grade adopts the urban branch road, the road planning red line is 20m wide, and the design speed is 30km/h. The project from Yuying Road, Xin34th Street, Xinyang City, to Xinshisan Avenue, covers an area of about 102.04 mu, with a total length of 2049m. The road grade adopts the urban primary and secondary roads. The planned red line of the road is 30m wide and the design speed is 40km/h. Including road engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, traffic engineering, lighting engineering, electrical engineering, communication engineering, greening engineering and ancillary engineering within the red line of the road;

Xinyang City Tiexi Road New Seventh Avenue to New Thirteenth Avenue project: covers an area of about 45.26 acres, the total length of the route is 983m, the road grade adopts the urban primary and secondary roads, the road planning red line is 30m wide, and the design speed is 40km/h. Including road engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, traffic engineering, lighting engineering, electrical engineering, communication engineering, greening engineering and ancillary engineering within the red line of the road;

Xin7 Avenue to New 13 Avenue Project, Jingyuan Road, Xinyang City: covers an area of about 45.6 mu, the total length of the route is 990m, the road grade adopts the city main branch road, the road planning red line is 30m wide, and the design speed is 30km/h. Including road engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, traffic engineering, lighting engineering, electrical engineering, communication engineering, greening engineering and ancillary engineering within the red line of the road;

Xinyang City Greening Water System New Fifth Avenue to New Thirteen Avenue Project: The total area is 197 mu, mainly for the construction of water system and greening.

Xinyang Civil Aviation Center Project: Construction scale: covers an area of about 18.4 mu, with a total construction area of about 36,792 square meters, construction content: mainly to build a civil aviation center; process technology: some of the prefabricated components are used, and the decoration materials are green, formaldehyde-free plates, etc.; Main equipment: energy-saving air conditioners, water pumps, fans, etc.

Nanjing Road Rapid Reconstruction Project: The total length of the project road is 14.426km, the planned red line width is 40m, 50m, 55m, the two-way six-lane urban trunk road standard is adopted, and the design speed is 60km/h. There are 2 node bridges and 2 node tunnels on the whole line. The intersections of other trunk roads and the ground level intersection of nodes are controlled by traffic lights, and the secondary trunk roads and branch roads are in the form of right in and right out. The main construction contents of this project include roads, bridges, tunnels, water supply and drainage, transportation, lighting, electricity, communication, greening and landscape engineering, etc. Other municipal pipeline networks such as heat, gas, and national defense optical cables are not within the scope of this project design.

Science and Technology Future Center Project: Construction scale: covers an area of about 19.62 mu, with a total construction area of about 56,893 square meters, construction content: mainly to build a class-A office building, a science and technology incubation center; process technology: some use prefabricated components, and the decoration materials are green , Formaldehyde-free sheet, etc.; main equipment: energy-saving air conditioners, water pumps, fans, etc.
