Recently, the bidding announcement for the unit price contracting of the construction of the XCTJ1-13 tender section of the Ganqing section of the newly built Xining-Chengdu railway was released. The project is scheduled to start construction at the end of October, with a total construction period of 7 years.

The Xining-Huangshengguan section of the newly built Xining-Chengdu Railway has a total length of 498.9 kilometers and a total investment of 83.15 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The construction sites of this project are located in Gansu Province, Qinghai Province and Sichuan Province.

Construction scale: The Xining-Chengdu Railway Xining-Huangshengguan section Ganqing section is newly built, with a main line of 329.9km in length, a class I double-track railway, and a bridge-to-tunnel ratio of 90.8% for the main line. The length of the main bridge is 59.808km/92; the length of the main tunnel is 236.44km/51, including related projects introduced into Xining area.

The design speed of the passenger train is 200km/h, and some road sections are reserved to increase the speed to 250km/h on the plane condition.

Bidding scope

All temporary land, subgrades, bridges, tunnels, tracks, production and living houses, platform canopies and foundations, other operating production equipment and buildings, Dalin Project and other related projects within the range of DK177+150-DK532+300 of the Gansu-Qingdao section of the Xicheng Railway .

Excluding the station building and related projects within the design scope of the station building, four electricity and information customer service, disaster prevention subsystem engineering, tunnel lighting, etc., excluding Xining EMU and driving apartments, Xining Locomotive Depot, etc. entrusted by Qinghai-Tibet Company for construction project.

This tender is divided into 13 sections, including 8 sections in Gansu Province, the XCTJ1 bid is about 3.9km located in Sichuan Province, and 5 sections in Qinghai Province, excluding the Gansu-Qingdao Tunnel that has been started in advance and the east-west entrance of the sea.
