According to the relevant responsible comrades of the Municipal Transportation Bureau, the preliminary design is a very important link in the construction preparation stage of the railway project. After completion and approval, the construction drawing design can be carried out. However, in actual work, the preliminary project design and construction drawing design are often promoted simultaneously. Therefore, after the preliminary design of many railways is approved, the project construction bidding is not far away. Therefore, the approval of the preliminary design is an important sign that the project is about to enter the construction stage from the construction preparation stage.
Tianjin-Weihai high-speed railway project
Jinwei high-speed railway is an important vertical of China's eight vertical and eight horizontal railway network, and an important section of China's coastal high-speed railway and Bohai Rim high-speed railway. In order to speed up the progress of the Tianjin-Weihai high-speed railway project, Dongying City adheres to high-level promotion and special research, actively makes good use of the national, provincial and municipal three-level high-standard linkage promotion working mechanism, and strives for the support of national and provincial departments.
Since 2022, he has gone to the national and provincial departments to report and strive for many times, which has effectively promoted the speeding up of procedures such as flood assessment, environmental assessment, soil and water conservation, and navigation demonstration. On January 10, 2022, the project approval was obtained from the National Development and Reform Commission; on March 7, the approval for flood assessment and hydrological permit was obtained from the Yellow River Committee of the Ministry of Water Resources; on July 20, the approval for water conservation was obtained from the Ministry of Water Resources; on July 27, the ecological EIA approved by the Ministry of Environment.
