Weichai brings 5 diesel engines

In this exhibition, Weichai brought a total of 10 products, including Weichai WP2H, WP5H, WP8H, WP10H (double supercharged), WP15H and other series diesel engines, Weichai WP13H 51.09% thermal efficiency commercial vehicle powertrain, and 260kW hydrogen Fuel cell engine, WP15 hydrogen engine, pure electric integrated axle drive system, hybrid powertrain.

The WP13H commercial vehicle powertrain is the culmination of Weichai's technological innovation in recent years. Among them, the WP13H 51.09% thermal efficiency diesel engine is an in-line six-cylinder engine with a displacement of 12.9L, a maximum power of 412kW and a maximum torque of 2600N.m. It is widely used in tractors and other models. This engine has several advantages. Specifically, its coordinated combustion technology has low heat transfer and rapid combustion, which greatly improves the combustion speed; its coordinated design technology solves the problem of high reliability under high explosion pressure; its exhaust energy distribution technology solves the problem of both emissions and fuel consumption. The intelligent control technology realizes the best efficiency of the diesel engine in all working conditions.

Another Weichai WP15H diesel engine exhibited at the scene has a displacement of 15.3L, a maximum power of 660Ps and a maximum torque of 3200N m. This engine has a displacement of 5.1L, its rated power is 194kW, and its maximum torque is 1000N.m. Among them, the 260kW hydrogen fuel cell engine is suitable for heavy-duty vehicles such as tractors, muck trucks, and dump trucks, and has the advantages of high integration, high power, high efficiency, high durability, and intelligent electronic control. The rated power of this engine is 260kW, and it adopts high power density and high power graphite plate stack, with a power density of 4.0kW/L; highly integrated and modular design, with a system power density of 867W/kg. The Weichai WP15 hydrogen engine has a displacement of 14.56L, a rated power of 390kW, and a maximum torque of 2500 N.m. This hydrogen engine adopts precise hydrogen injection control technology to realize flexible and accurate supply of hydrogen fuel, which can fully meet the needs of the engine under changing working conditions; it adopts high-efficiency supercharging and lean combustion technology to solve the problem of abnormal hydrogen combustion and ensure the stable and efficient operation of the engine; Weichai intelligent core, intelligent control, independent controllability, to ensure the customized development of control strategies.
