According to reports, the Chengda-Wan high-speed railway is an important part of the eight vertical and eight horizontal high-speed railway network along the river channel. Zhou District and Wanzhou District are connected to the existing Zhengyu High-speed Railway Wanzhou North Station. The main line is 477 kilometers long, with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour and a construction period of 5 years.
There are Tianfu Station, Tianfu Airport Station, Ziyang West Station, Lezhi Station, Suining Station, Pengxi South Station, Nanchong North Station, Yingshan West Station, Quxian North Station, Dazhou South Station, Kaijiang South Station, There are 13 stations including Yuexi Station and Wanzhou North Station, of which 3 stations are Suining Station, Nanchong North Station and Wanzhou North Station, and 10 stations including Tianfu Station are newly built stations. Among them, the Nanchong Jialing River Super Bridge with a main span of 328 meters is a control project of the whole line, and the Ziyang Tuojiang Super Bridge, the Suining Fujiang Super Bridge, and the Nanchong Huangjiashan Tunnel are the key and difficult projects of the whole line.
