On Oct 1, 2022, China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd. announced that the construction of the Jiangbei section of the Zema intercity Railway with a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour has officially started.

The PROJECT STARTS FROM ChaoHU East RAILWAY STATION OF SHANG-HE-HANG Railway, GOES EAST THROUGH HanSHAN County, HEXIAN County, ZHENGpugang New District, DangTU County, JINGkai District, Yushan District and HuASHAN District, AND then leads TO MA 'anshan East Railway Station.

The main line of the Chema intercity railway is 61 kilometers long, among which about 47 kilometers of the new main line will be built in the northern part of the river, with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour and a construction period of 4 years.

There are 5 STATIONS IN CHAOHUDONG, HANSHAN, ZHENGPU GANG, Ma 'anshan South and Ma 'anshan Shandong, 3 stations in HANshan, ZHENGpu GANG and Ma 'ANSHAN South are new stations, and 2 stations in CHAOHUdong and Ma 'ANSHAN East are existing stations. Chao Ma Railway is the first inter-city railway jointly built by provinces and cities in Anhui Province.
