On the morning of Oct 9, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony of the expressway construction project from Yongjing to Dahejia (Jishishan) was held in Xiangyang Village, Sanyuan town, Yongjing County.

The starting point of the project is located in Dataizi Village, Santiaoxian Township, Yongjing County, and the planned Lanyonglin Expressway and Yongjing expressway will be built through Niuniuguai, Sanyuan Town, Xiangyang Village, Yutanling Wharf, Gabaijia, Tou Ping, Erping, Guanchuan, and the end point is located in Hulin hometown, Jishishan County, connecting to Linda Expressway in construction. The total length of the route is 74.811 kilometers, including 51.650 kilometers in Yongjing County and 23.161 kilometers in Jishishan County. Simultaneous construction of lotus connection line, 1.612 kilometers in length; Lijiyuan connecting line, 7.962 kilometers in length. The main line adopts the technical standard of two-way four-lane expressway, the width of the subgrade is 25.5 meters, and a total of 20168 meters /53 Bridges, 13300 meters /7 tunnels, and 8 interchanges are set. The estimated total investment of the project is 15,349.5 million yuan, and the construction is financed by the public-private partnership (PPP) mode. The cooperation period is 34 years, including 4 years for construction and 30 years for operation.

According to the introduction, Yongjing to Dahejia (Jishishan) Expressway is a major transportation infrastructure project implemented by Linxia state Party Committee and government, which has been incorporated into the 14th Five-Year comprehensive transportation development planning and construction of Gansu Province. It is a fast channel from Jishishan County to Lanzhou, and also a fast channel connecting Gansu to Qinghai.
