On Oct 10, 2022, the bid-winning candidate announcement for the construction and supervision of the pre-station project of the Anhui section of the new Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei high-speed Railway, the pre-station project of Hefei Hub Station and related supporting works was released. Construction of the Anhui section of the Shanghai-Chongdu-Rong high-speed railway along the northern Yangtze River will begin in October, with a planned construction period of five years.

Description of project

New Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei high-speed railway Anhui section: Jiangsu and Anhui province boundary to the south of Hefei, mileage range: DK427+948.09 ~ Henning K460+579, line length 130.88km, including 103.001km new line length, the length of the existing line 27.879km. Among them, the bridge project is 85.06km long, the tunnel project is 6.47km long, the bridge and tunnel account for 88.86%, and the existing cable is 27.88km.

Two new stations, Chuzhou Station and Dashu Station, respectively covering 39,000 square meters and 5,000 square meters, respectively.

Main technical standards: Railway grade: high-speed railway; Speed target value: 350km/h; The newly built contact line between the Henning Railway and the Shanghai-Chongyu-rong high-speed Railway and the contact line between Feidong and Hefei Station are designed at 160km/h.

Total duration of the project: 5 years. The planned start date is October 2022 and the planned completion date is September 2027.

The scope of the tender is for all the station front and fourth power integration and related works within the design scope of the construction drawing of the main line of the Shanghai-Ninghe high-speed Railway Anhui section.
