Sany 750-ton crawler crane SCC7500A has successfully installed the first 160-meter wind turbine in Gujarat, India.
This is the third time that Sany Crane has broken the height record of fan hoisting in India and South Asia, after installing a 120m fan in India for 600 tons and a 140m fan in India for 650 tons.
The hoisting fan is 160 meters high, equivalent to the height of a 40-story building, and the engine room weight is about 102 tons. It is the largest fan product in size, heaviest tonnage and highest power in South Asia.
In order to meet the lifting requirements, the SCC7500A adopts HJFJDB_SY3 (165m+12m) super-strong arm condition, with a maximum load of 112t. Compared with the conventional working condition HJFJDB-9 (165m+12m), the load performance is improved by about 17%.
With the weight and installation height of the fan increasing year by year, the super arm working condition can better meet the lifting needs of large fans, with a wide range of adaptability and high safety, and can effectively reduce the cost of users.
"With the specially designed 'enhancement arm' and deformation function, the SCC7500A can lift an object weighing 100 tons from the ground to a height of 160 meters in 10 minutes under the corresponding wind speed conditions, with extremely high construction efficiency," said the site personnel.
SCC7500A has more than 20 national patents, created 6 international leading technologies, and realized the deformation function for the first time in the world. It is a landmark product of domestic large tonnage crane to break the long-term monopoly of European and American brands.
Since its entry into the Indian market, SANY Crane has played a leading role in key projects throughout India, and has participated in the construction of the world's largest Reliance Petrochemical project, the tallest building in India, "Mumbai World No.1", and the tallest statue in the world -- the 182-meter-high "Statue of Unity".
At present, Sany Crane occupies more than 55% of the market share in India, ranking firmly as the "No.1 brand". In 2021, Sany Crane's overseas sales increased by 137%, among which crawler cranes accounted for more than 40% of the global market. Editor/Xu Shengpeng
