Project overview

The Yanji Yangtze River Bridge, the second river crossing channel of Hubei, and its connection are expressway on the upper level and urban expressway on the lower level. The expressway starts from Guouluyuan Village, Chencelou Town, Huanggang District, with North Huangzhou junction connecting with Daguang Expressway and ends in Shawo Village, Shawo Town, Echeng District, with Shawo junction connecting with Wu-Hubei Expressway. The proposed route is 26.391km in length, and the six-lane standard construction with design speed of 100km/h and roadbed width of 33.5m is adopted. The urban expressway starts from the original Jiangbei first-level highway toll management station in Nanhu Street, Huangzhou District, ends in Yingshan Village, Yanji Town, and connects to the Yanda Expressway planned by Ezhou City. The recommended route is 9.379km in length, and the four-lane standard construction with a design speed of 80km/h and a roadbed width of 25.5m is adopted.

The first bid section of civil engineering of this project includes the first stage civil engineering within the range of K0+000 ~ K14+000, including the implementation, completion and defect repair of roadbed engineering, bridge engineering, cross engineering, facilities along the line engineering, reserved and embedded in traffic security, reserved and embedded in mechanical and electrical engineering, floor of housing construction area and natural gas pipeline protection, etc. Implementation, completion and defect repair of pavement engineering and greening engineering within 26.391km of the whole project.
