On Oct 18, 2022, the Hubei Department of Transport issued a tender announcement for the design and construction of the east extension of the Chibi Yangtze River Bridge project, with a total investment of 3.095 billion yuan.

Project overview

The construction site of this project is located in Xianning City, Hubei Province.

Construction scale: The project line them up in chibi chibi town near the village, and the red cliff, red cliff side of the Yangtze river highway bridge connection docking across provincial road 208, east by surging north of lake tourist area, small cypress mountain village and town south car port, on the near shangrao house across its deep highway and golden pond reservoir, shu chibi in puxi street house bay of Hong Kong and Macao highway near Beijing, The hub is connected with the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway. The total length of the project route is about 22.592km. The total construction period is planned to be about 36 months. The planned start date is May 1, 2023.

The construction content

Within the scope of the roadbed engineering, road engineering, bridge engineering, along the cross project, greening projects, facilities engineering, electrical and mechanical embedded reserved, ancillary facilities of ping and other projects implementation, according to construction drawing design documents and defect repair and complete demolition of both engineering and related facilities, such as detailed in the tender drawings and bill of quantities of quantities.
