On October 23, 2022, with the pouring of the last piece of box girder concrete, the successful completion of the construction task of 66 prefabricated box girders of Dahuo Project has laid a foundation for the upcoming box girder erection.

Since the first piece of box girder was successfully prefabricated, all the project participants have overcome the difficulties of short effective construction period, tight construction period and heavy tasks, and it is not easy to maintain health due to sandstorms, and steadily and orderly promoted the box girder prefabrication task. In order to ensure the prefabrication quality of box girder, new technologies and equipment such as fixed steel pedestal, steel bar binding platform, intelligent tensioning equipment, steam curing, etc. are used for the prefabrication of box girder to standardize the construction process and ensure the construction quality; At the same time, the quality process control shall be strengthened, the personnel, materials and machines shall be carefully organized, the construction preparation shall be fully done, and the safety, technical disclosure and quality training shall be done before the construction. The on-site technicians shall strictly control each process, and shall not touch the quality red line, which provides guarantee and favorable conditions for the box girder precasting construction. In the face of the severe situation of tight schedule and heavy task, the Project Department will not relax on "safety, quality, progress and management", adhere to standardized construction, scientifically organize and continuously optimize the box girder prefabrication construction scheme, reverse arrangement plan, strictly control the process and process connection, optimize the process operation time, make up quickly and increase slowly, seize the time to seize the construction period, and fully promote the production progress of prefabricated box girder under the premise of ensuring safety and quality.

The successful completion of the box girder prefabrication task has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent overall connection of the subgrade and pavement construction, and has greatly encouraged the front-line builders.
