Construction site: Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, Ma'anshan, Wuhu, Anhui Province.

Construction scale: the electrification capacity expansion and reconstruction of Nanjing Wuhu East Section of Nanjing Wuhu Railway and related projects. The total length of the existing line is 101.8 km, and the total length of the reconstructed line is 102.2 km.

It mainly includes: the outer detour and rerouting project of Cangbomen Station Guxiong Station of the new Nanjing Wuhu Railway, with a length of 29.7 km; Nanjing Wuhu Railway East to Cangbomen Station; Guxiong Station to Jiangning Town South Station; The electrification capacity expansion and reconstruction project of Jiangning Town South Station Wuhu East Section has a length of 72.52 km for the existing line and 72.48 km for the reconstructed main line. In addition, the 1.3km electrified networking project of the passenger train connecting line from Mennan Village to Nanjing Station.

Main technical standards: railway grade: Grade I; Number of main lines: Nanjing east to Mennan Village, Maoershan east to Wuhu double line, Mennan village to Maoershan single line; Design speed: 120km/h, locally maintained; Minimum radius of curve: 800m, existing in local sections; Limit gradient: 6 ‰; Traction mass: 5000 tons; Traction type: electric power; Locomotive type: HXD series, SS series; Effective length of arrival departure track: 1050m, part of which is 850m; Block type: automatic interstation block.

Scope of bidding and division of bid sections

The scope of this construction bidding covers all projects within the scope of construction drawing design of Nanjing Wuhu Railway Expansion and Reconstruction Project. It is divided into 3 sections, and the details are as follows:

NWZQ-1 bid section: mileage range includes the end point of Nanjing East to Nanjing South Tunnel. The main works include: 15.33km subgrade, 539300m3 earthwork, 12.017km tunnel, 3.866km single track bridge and 234 horizontal linear meters culvert.

NWZQ-2 bid section: mileage range includes the terminal point of Nanjing South Tunnel to Wuhu East. The main works include 44.12km subgrade, 6.2685m3 earthwork, 0.314km double track bridge, 6.906 linear meters single track bridge and 975 horizontal linear meters culvert. There is one beam yard, 21900 square meters of houses, one track laying base, one track material base and one Jiangning Town South Cargo Yard.

NWZH-3 bid: four electricity projects and houses along the whole line. The main works include 191 kilometers of contact suspension wires, 1 new traction substation, 2 reconstructed traction substations, and 10000 square meters of houses.
