G104 Jinan Yellow River Highway Bridge Steel Truss Beam Installation proceeded orderly
Since the fourth quarter, the steel truss girder installation of G104 Jinan Yellow River Highway Bridge Project of China Railway Baoqiao Yangzhou Company has been carried out in an orderly manner, and the construction heat of the bridge site has not decreased. In the face of the difficulties of insufficient supply of members in the early stage and long installation period of bridge site, the project team has successfully carried out the installation of bridge site by decomposing tasks and objectives, refining implementation plans, strengthening site management, optimizing operation processes, etc. At the same time, the project team also overcame many difficulties such as the impact of epidemic situation, traffic diversion during hoisting, environmental protection coating of bridge deck, and ensured the smooth progress of safe and civilized production of the project.
Up to now, the project has successfully completed the installation of the second span of the approach bridge in the north beach, the geometric dimensions meet the design requirements, the passing rate of high bolts is 100%, and the first pass rate of flaw detection is more than 99.5%.
The welding of the first to fourth spans on the left side of the Longtan River Crossing Channel has been completed
On October 29, 2022, the construction of the bridge site of the Longtan River Crossing Channel Project ushered in new progress. The first span steel beam of the south approach bridge was welded and successfully passed the inspection. At present, the first joint of the south approach bridge is being welded for the Longtan River Crossing Channel, of which the first to fourth spans of the left section have been welded.
In order to do a good job in the steel beam welding, the project department of China Railway Baoqiao Yangzhou Company held a safety technical disclosure meeting in the early stage, which provided all-round, in-depth and targeted disclosure to the construction personnel to ensure the smooth completion of the steel beam welding to the greatest extent. Next, the project team will cooperate with relevant parties to erect the steel beams of the first and second spans of the second unit. It is expected that the welding of the first unit of the south unit will be completed in the middle of November.
More than half of the lower column of Shunde steel tower is installed
Up to now, the high tower section on the south bank of Shunde Bridge, which was built by China Railway Baoqiao Zhoushan Company, has been installed to the T9 section, and more than half of the tower column section under the high tower has been installed.
Shunde Bridge Project Department uses tower crane for installation. After the steel tower sections are in place, the measurement, rough adjustment, circumferential seam assembly, welding, nondestructive testing, grinding, painting and other processes are orderly promoted. All members of the Project Department worked hard to ensure the orderly and controllable installation progress of steel towers by focusing on safety, quality and construction period.
The steel tower project of Shunde Bridge undertaken by Zhoushan Company is the key route of the extension line project of Nanguodong Road, Shunde District, Foshan City.
